The Fruits of the Vine Library, Video Rental and Gift Shop was opened on November 30, 2003 after being under construction since May of that year. Have you ever wondered how a ministry like that ever gets started? Well, this particular ministry started with a simple question, “Where does one go to get study material that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg?” Little bit by little bit the idea began to grow for a central place where NWC families could come and borrow study materials…maybe even rent some safe to watch videos…oh, yeah, and what about selling little gifts for Secret Pals or birthdays or even just little thank you things. Well then, if you were going to do that why not have seasonal gifts too. Eventually, even cards and gift bags. 

For now Fruits of the Vine is providing a safe place for NWC families to come for both study and leisure reading materials and videos. It has a consignment area dedicated to NWC ministries as a type of year around fund raising opportunity. There are also quality inspirational and seasonal gifts being sold at very reasonable prices.

Fruits of the Vine is a non-profit ministry operated on a volunteer basis. Neither the ministry leaders nor workers are financially compensated in any way. Ten percent of funds derived from the sale of merchandise or video rentals are donated to New Wine Church. The remainder of all funds is used by Fruits of the Vine for the purchase of more library books, rental videos or gift shop merchandise.
