A few requirements are needed to enter the program,
 
1.  If you are on parole you must be paroled to Orange County.
                                                                            
2.  You cannot have pending court cases.
                                                                           
3.  Cannot be on any medication.
                                                                            
4.  Must come in for a face to face interview with Albert
                           (NO PHONE INTERVIEWS)
                                                                            
5.  If not on parole must come to 5 church services in a row
